The following ideas have been put into motion. The poll is closed.

Hi everyone, HMSNike here. I'd like to gather everyone's opinions on my idea of an update. In this post I will be stating the problems we have come across and how we could fix them. Then, you guys will comment down below. Let's jump right into this:

Problems:
1. Inactivity
2. Having too few clan members
3. Having too many staff members

Solutions:
1. Members that are not posting on the forums once per week or more will be instantly demoted from all positions.
Exception: If a member has specifically said that they will be on leave (vacation or sickness) for a short period of time (i.e. 2 weeks) they will be pardoned.
2. We will no longer be a "clans-only" team, but will have teams for all Mineplex minigames. We will makes threads about how we're a team for Snake, Sheep Quest, Dominate, etc.
3. By having more members and the same amount of staff members, we will fixed problem three.

Other Suggestions:
I think we should divide staff into the follow tags:
Regular staff tags: Owner, Co-Owner, Admin, Sr Mod, Mod, Helper.
Sub-team tags: Mod Coordination, Helper Management, Clans Team Management, Snake Team Management, Champions Team Management, *rest of mineplex games* Team Management
